So, transparent dialogs with no borders and rounded corners with some typo and some pics on it? What's the problem?

One way might be XbpHTMLWindow (or similliar) and custom event loop on top of regular xbpdialog (sans top bar). Prepare html, refresh it every once and then when needed. Or create small RSS compatible server in xbase to provide data for regular widgets
