Confirm.

It works if the mouse pointer is over the scrollbar area.

Got it.

Search for the mouse settings (mouse & touchpad). There is a setting named "Inaktive Fenster beim Draufzeigen scrollen" in german, which somehow means "scroll inactive windows if they are pointed at". Switch this off. Browses will scroll then.
Best regards,
Tom

Hi, Pedro.

Great. :)

What about the browse highlight colors at your site with visual styles? Seems like Windows 10 uses different colors depending on the background color, but the highlighting with Windows 10 seems to be ... different anyway. Even inactive tabpages are hard to find.

Anyone who has a solution for this (besides switching visual styles off)?
Best regards,
Tom

Tom,

can't find this settings in control panel. Do youh have more detailed explanation for dummies?

Hi, Janko.

Point at the search symbol in your windows taskbar. Enter "Mouse" there. You will get a search result containing "mouse settings" (system controls). Click on this. Your will get a "devices" dialog for the mouse ("mouses and touchpads"). The picture below shows how this looks on a german system. Switch off the option at the bottom of the controls list.
