For many months, some BB users have not been able to post messages.
It was a mystery to me why it was only a small percentage of board users who were experiencing the problem.

That problem has finally been resolved.
I replaced my DSL router with a Netgear DGN2200 and now everything works much better.

John Hohensee can now posts his messages and so I suspect that Terry Wolfe will be able to do the same.

I suspect that this problem was related to an internal MTU setting in the old ActionTek PK5000 router that could not be changed. There were problems with my Snyffle server (http://snyffle.com) on occasion also due to the old router and now game files no longer need to be saved in chunks by the Snyffle client program.

Also, Netflix streaming is working much better.
If there are any of you out there who are using Qwest DSL as your provider and are experiencing such problems, take my recommendation and get rid of your cheap ActionTek router.

Kurt Guseman suggested this a few months back, but I kept putting it off. Sorry about that. I hope that all is forgiven.
