What is that tube(?) from SERVOY for that was in our package when we got there?

it's a condom dispenser.

Someone saidk bottle opener or wine bottle opener. I tried to figure it out myself. It goes up and down or in and out. That can mean almost anything.

Let me just add:
It was Andreas that immediately understood what it was; bottle opener.
