Update to my STRUCT printing Program

After lots of testing, including the statement by the Grand Master.
To allow the output to be created any place you like.
This helps by allowing you to put all of your output in one location.
Here is a very good update on my database structure printing program.
Printing the results is very simple. From the DOS prompt just copy the output to PRN.
All the formatting have been done, don't let a database with index's to go beyond one page.
All the page formatting is done in the program.
