I'm watching a woodworking video this evening and the ship "patch" for the Kyes came across my screen..
Thought you might like to see it...

Interesting that you would notice the patch.

I thought I would look up the name Rob Cosman (the man wearing the patch in the video) to see if he was on our ship's roster.
He never showed up at any of our reunions and his name is not on the roster.

His age gives away that he never served aboard the Kyes.
My guess is that possibly it was his father or another relative who had served.
