I have not been able to stop thinking about Michael and what a good friend he was.
I have not felt a loss as deep as this in a very long time.

I mostly remember Michael from the Berlin conference. He was a truly great guy. As has been said, he always seemed to make time for everyone.

And although I only saw him briefly, I will miss him still.
