Libraries: "Regressions and splines"

Whether there are in Alaska the libraries, allowing to build regressions and splines for the functions which have been set in the form of massifs (better parametrically, i.e. x=x[t], y=y[t])? For example, me Chebyshev's polynoms or in a karyny case sedate polinomials and Akima's splines interest. In Ecxel there is something similar when you build trends.
