I need to find a VPE expert to help with a question. If you are that person, please let me know, I am willing to contract out your time to help me resolve an issue. Thanks in advance. Roger, if you are an expert in VPE as well, we could certainly use your help.

Sorry, I never used VPE.
I know that Terry Wolfe was an expert but he sold his company to the State of NY and retired.
NY has 3 programmers for this project.
One of them may be able to help you.
