Gentlemens,

could you please compile with eXpress 267 and xBase 2.0.1176.

and say what happens when click on the popup.

Thanks to Regan Cawkwell, he noticed something in the source code that probably has been wrong for 20 years.
Here is an updated _DCFUNCT.PRG.
Copy it to your \exp20\source\dclipx folder.
Run BUILD20.BAT to rebuild DCLIPX.DLL.
