Error Re-Compiles DCLIPX.DLL

I'm Trying to Re-Compiles DCLIPX.DLL and got this error and will not re-compile the DLL

I don't understand the spanish error text, but i think, that this is the same problem i had.
If it is a win10 machine, try to use xppfilt.exe and aimplib.exe from XBase++ 2.0.

I think that Wolfgang had the correct answer.

This appears to be a problem with Windows 10.
