Open word (doc) document with DCHTMLVIEWER

Hi,
I want use dchtmlviewer for open PDF and DOC documents.
If I put to NAVIGATE name of PDF file, this open in viewer windov.
But if I put name of DOC file, program open window tith question Open, save, cancel and after open DOC document open in other window.
Why ?
Is it problem with associations on my computer ?
