Anyhow, before you get too old ... Xbase++ 2.0 will be shipped from 30th
of September ... yes, this year .

No problem to wait for Xbase++ 2.o demo.
All I wanted to say is that you could have a look yet. Of course with
the mentioned invest into one of the subscriptions.

I did not really understand this part.
I assume that the trial (this is not yet defined) will run for 30 days.
But it is a very difficult task to implement such process. In the near
future you can download Xbase++ Foundation Edition and this runs as
trial. When the trial period expires it will not run anymore. But you
can buy a product key then and this will open your trial to the
Foundation Edition. No need to re-install.

This is our new product activation mechanism. Complete information will
follow.

What do you need from Xbase++ 2.0? You are saying everything except
Internet stuff? What does it mean? Remote SQL? If so you require the
Professional Subscription. Otherwise please ask.
