There was a regression in the DC_Color2Attr() function sometime in the past.
This caused the background color of a DCPRINT SAY string to not paint correctly.
Attached is a file named _DCPRES.ZIP which contains _DCPRES.PRG to correct this problem.
Copy _DCPRES.PRG to your \exp19\source\dclipx folder.
Then run BUILD19_SL1.BAT to rebuild your DCLIPX.DLL.
This fix will be in build 260.
