WIndows 10 / 1709 app won't load

application won't start on 1709.. works on 1703..

Same app works on our windows 10 1709's...

I'd appreciate any suggestions...

xbase++ 2.0 / 875
xb2net 3.6.02
express 265
fonts @ 100%

a brief flash, then nothing...

anti-virus turned off..
windows defender turned off

I have similar problem, look my thread in discusion.
But problem for me is, that at my PC I cannot simulate it, problem have only one from my clients.
He has W10 64bit, 1920x1080 font 125%
xbase++ 2.0 554, eXpress 264, xb2net, SQL eXpress++

When change resolution to 1600x900, 100%, program start and run normally, but user must change this resolution manually, and is worse resolution.

If you have 100% , how resolution you have ? Because if this is not problem font scaling, problem is in resolution.

I want examine utility, which automatically change resolution to lower and back, but at this moment I do not know, why problem with call dll screenres.dll (look my other thread)

I can confirm it was the screen resolution...
