Windows 10 and network disconnections

#1 Post by bwolfsohn »

One of our clients has purchased windows 10 touch screen tablets/laptops with a docking station and have hardwired the network.
Wifi has been disabled.

They have been having constant network disconnections.

Their tech is pretty experienced and has turned off the sleep option for the adapter.

But, the problem still persist... Have any of you had Windows 10 machines where you had to deal with this problem ???

I just bought the same kind of computer.

Dell 5510, touch screen, Windows 10, Thunderbolt dock, 4k resolution.

I use it on my home network.
So far, it seems ok but It doesn't get much of a workout.
The eXpress train is coming - and it has more cars.
