The second weekend is better for me as well. I'll be coming and bringing my assistant programmer.

Oh, I didn't realize that "talent" was a prerequisite for attendance.

Well I can offer comedic interludes, but talented programming is way out of my league.

I can bring my brand new DJI Phantom 4 Pro, and I did stay once at a Holiday Inn.

Yes, bring it! You can help me with the video I am creating. I have pontoons that fit on a Phantom 3 and Phantom 4.
I can land it on the pond. 2 drones are better than 1.

As we are getting close to two months from the conference, any additional details and specifics?

I know that I need to get going on this.
I've been so busy.
This is also the year of my Navy reunion and we are expecting 120 people this year.
I am the organizer and get no help so it's consuming a lot of my time.
I just got the mailing out the door so now I'll go to the hotel and get this going.
I understand that the dates are Sept. 15, 16, 17

As of now, it looks like only about 7 people are interested in this get-together.
I'll go ahead and plan for 10 of us at the hotel and see if we can get a small room.
I didn’t really want to go to all the work of promoting this via the website, the forum and emails.
I’m doing this mostly for our small circle of eXpress++ users who get together occasionally, mostly for friendship but also some learning.
We had a little gathering like this back in 2007 where there were only 10 of us.
It was very successful.
There were also two other gatherings of about 25 people (2008 and 2015), but I just don't have the ambition to organize for that with all that I have going on this year.

Here is my list of you all who have committed so far:

Cliff Wiernik
Rick Dalzell
Richard Convington
Bobby Drakos
Tim Kromholtz
Jerry Ferwerda
Bob Volz

If anyone else would like to join the party, please let me know ASAP.
