The conference is Friday, Saturday, Sunday. When is everyone planning on arriving/departing?
I chose that weekend for several reasons.

1. More people committed to come on those dates.
2. The hotel busy season starts the following week. It will not be busy on the chosen dates.
3. Airfares are cheaper when gone over a Saturday.

That is my tentative plans also, but if their was interest for more time to meet, I could extend a day. Especially given some of our friends from Europe and other places are attending.

I chose those days for the meeting days. People can arrive earlier or later if they wish.
3 days of intensive schedule is enough for most people. We can easily discuss all the new stuff in 3 days.

We need 5 more people so we don't have to pay for the conference room.

Let's hear from you guys.
There's a lot to learn from this, especially if you want to know about 2.0.
But even if you are still planning to stay with 1.9, you will get so many good ideas that will improve your programming productivity and your end product.

You already have me down, but got my plane tickets last night. Arrive Thursday afternoon, leave Tuesday.

Do you have any additional details on the hotel yet. You indicated Springhill Suites and a rough cost. Is it the one at 424 East Park Center?.

I did that about a month ago.

I mailed to everyone who had purchased an eXpress++ subscription since 2007.
I got a few responses.

Now I'm going to try to mail to everyone who is a member of this forum.
