I use dcgetoptions … NoTitlebar
but a small banner on the top still appears
How can completely hide the TitleBar?

Hi Stewart, If you want to create an install file, you can look into Inno Setup at jrsoftware .org. It's the same one that creates the eXpress++ installation package.
