I checked it out. Everything is downloading normally. Everything works fine for me if I add libraries 2.0, but do not replace libraries 1.9 with new ones

i don´t understand your Problem.
Ot4XB.DLL and FreeImage.DLL are from "C" Code not Xbase++ Code

as i know Pablo use Xbase++ v1.9x so Ot4Xb is not "test" on Xbase++ v2.x
