Email notifications

#1 Post by rdonnay »

I've been struggling with getting email notifications to work for a long time.
It worked great for a long time, then stopped working when I installed a new DSL router.
My router didn't want to forward emails from my SMTP server, yet the server log never showed any errors.

I have now setup the email system to use GMAIL via SSL.
My test works.
Let's now hope that notifications start working again.
The eXpress train is coming - and it has more cars.

You need to activate email notifications in your User Control Panel.
