On this moment i have solved the problem.
I dicided create 12 files ( 1 each month ) and than join all the files (using fread() fwrite()) to final file.xml.
XML technology is today very important to manipulate data betwen systems and apps.
It looks better to see an oportunity to develop XML Commands.
For example : write memory array into Tmp files before memory enough.
Your help it was important for me, to understaind the problem and to find a solution.
On next 2 weeks I'm on holidays.
