did you "verify" Version after "Patch" ?
use XppLoad from your Application Path to "see" which DLL will be load, perhaps you have somewhere older Xbase++ DLL ?

I saw the first presentation of Arctica about three years ago in the Netherlands. At the eXpress++ devcon two years ago, we also saw a presentation.
